Spanish Learning Abroad chaperones will be on the flights leaving from Washington, DC to Madrid, but not on all the return flights. Please let us know if you want Spanish Learning Abroad to make the flight arrangements for the applicant on the chaperoned flights. Our travel agent will contact you for reservation confirmation and billing.
If you are making your own flight arrangements for your son/daughter, please send all flight itineraries to Spanish Learning Abroad. Please note that students need to arrive in Madrid (Barajas airport) the morning of June 16 (Session One), June 23 (Session Two), or June 30 (Session Three). The departures will be from Madrid in the morning of the final day of each session. PLEASE NOTE: If your son/daughter wants to enroll in a Special Tour (Barcelona, Bilbao or Asilah, Morocco) on the final weekend of his/her session, the return flight should be scheduled to depart from that city on the day that special tour ends.
